1. Buying and Selling
1.Land and Buildings (Maximum Fee: 3%)
2.Other services such as joint ventures, company sales, property swaps, etc. (Maximum Fee: 3%)
3.Chattels including machinery and equipment (10% of earnings)
Minimum Fee: As stated above, the minimum fee for each property is RM1,000.
The above percentages apply to transactions conducted through private contracts, tenders, or any other means of buying or selling.
For project sales and marketing conducted by registered real estate agents, fees should be agreed upon between the real estate agent and the client.
The above fee schedule does not apply to the sale of foreign properties in Malaysia or the sale of Malaysian properties abroad.
2. Renting

| up to 3 years | 1.25 months total rent |
| More than 3 years to 4 years | 1.50 months total rent |
| More than 4 years to 5 years | 1.75 months total rent |
| more than 5 years | 1.75 months total rent |
| More than 5 years (no renewal option) | 1.75 months total rent |
| More than 5 years (renewable) | Total rent is 1.75 months, 0.25 months for each additional year |
Minimum Fee: Same as above, but at least 1 month’s rent must be paid.
For leases of less than one year, fees can be calculated proportionally. The above percentages do not apply to serviced offices, apartments, or any similar places.

4. Additional Claims
In addition to the fees described in points 1 to 3, the following claims can also be made:
Actual expenses for printing, planning, document copying, offset printing, travel (only in cases where the distance between the real estate agent’s office and the property exceeds 40 kilometers), and other expenses.
Costs for media advertising, signs, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Note: Registered real estate agents may not incur the above additional claims without the client’s prior consent.
