Generally, the application for a business license and signboard license requires the following documents:
1. Company registration documents
- SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia) registration
2. Photocopies of the applicant’s identity card (IC) or passport in color

- SPA/Tenancy Agreement
4. Building certificate
- CF (Certificate of Fitness)
