如何申请 : 马来西亚营业执照和招牌执照

一般而言，申请营业执照和招牌执照需要以下文件 :

1. 公司注册文件
   • SSM
2. 申请人的身份证和护照彩色副本
   • IC and Passport photocopy with colour
3. 买卖/租约合同
   • SPA/Tenancy Agreement
4. 建筑证书
   • CF
5. 消防认证
   • Jabatan Bomba
6. 公司招牌位置的照片
   • Photographs showing the location of the company’s signboard
7. 招牌的设计和颜色样本
   • Samples of the signboard indicating its design and colors
8. 公司店铺/办公室的位置图
   • Copy of the location plan of the company’s business premise
9. 公司店铺/办公室的照片
   • Copy of the photo of the company’s business premise

• 到DBKL的柜台申请

• 在官网下载表格并呈交到DBKL柜台办理申请

执照付款只能通过以下方式在DBKL付款柜台进行 :

• 现金
• 汇票
• 汇款
• 银行汇票 (BENDAHARI BANDARAYA)
